Thanks for bringing this to my attention Ray! Looks like some hackers exploited a glitch in the Moddle codebase to install spamvertisements.
I've just sent out a notice to all of the students as to what's happening and I'll be dismantling Moodle and migrating everything over to DARIUS sooner than I anticipated. :-)
